Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer is on a five-day suspension after he used a Taser on a teen for too long. Darryl Turner (pictured above, mere seconds before his untimely death) died in March after the officer Tased him seven-times longer than recommended.
Funeral services were held for Turner last Friday at Temple Church International.
