There were two separate incidents with Jesse involving Loves Park Police Dept. One occured on his birthday last year, 3/27/07, the other culminated in his death on July 2, 2008. We’ll be posting video of the night he died, is being uploaded on youtube, there will also be video of his mother discussing both events.
